Searching for a job can be difficult. HRMS Recruit took the time to create a candidate area that will help simplify the job-hunting process. The candidate area allows Job Seekers to search available vacancies, apply for jobs, and access the status of their sent applications right from a mobile phone or any device.
Step 1. Sign Up
Sign up and create a profile within HRMS Recruit. Simple as filling out a form.
Step 2. Search and Apply for Jobs
Access our database of available vacancies and apply right from any device.
Step 3. Track Sent Applications
Sent Applications tab will give you an overview of all applications sent within HRMS Recruit along with Application Status that will range from Shortlisted, Interviewed, Hired, On Hold, or Respectfully Declined.
Step 4. Track Interviews requested within HRMS Recruit and confirm attendance.
Scheduled Interviews will provide a list of all interviews requested by employers within HRMS Recruit. Click on View/ Update for details on the interview and confirm your attendance or request a reschedule.
Step 5. Respond to Onboarding Request
Congratulations! An Onboarding request means you got accepted for the position. HRMS Recruit allows you to submit your onboarding details such as a copy of the police record, emergency contact information etc.

From meeting prospective businesses, to CV and interview support and even seminar sessions on various employment and life skills, event attendees left with a wealth of information, internships and employments.
Due to the current pandemic and the need to practise social distancing, the team has devised a virtual fair which will provide similar support which the previous fairs provided.
We are cognizant of the fact that employment will be a lot harder to find, as a result, we have devised a way to educate candidates on ways to become more entrepreneurial and enhance their chances of standing out as we all navigate the new normal.
